Hankin provides waste gas incineration systems. Hankin supplies complete systems employing standard technology such as Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) or a custom designed high temperature combustors with heat recovery, Waste Heat Boiler, and air pollution controls. These systems are designed and built to safely destroy the waste gas from upstream processes and fit into your facility.

Hankin engineers will perform the calculations to develop process options for the safe destruction of the waste gas. Our systems are designed with State-of-the-Art control and monitoring systems, emissions best available control technology (BACT), and high efficiency heat recovery systems. We use our extensive knowledge of available refractory to select the most cost-effective, long lasting, refractory compatible with your waste and products of combustion.

Applications
Waste gas is generated from various industrial processes. If left untreated, these waste gases can pollute the environment. Incineration has been proven to be a safe means to destroy pollutants in waste gas. Hankin has the experience to design a system to capture the waste and to effectively and safely incinerate the waste gas, and recover the heat, if desired.
